Screening Process
Being a family driven company, it is our responsibility to ensure we only admit residents who are going to add value to our communities and bring a positive change in the lives of their neighbors
It is therefore imperative that we adopt a thorough screening process whereby we check for past criminal & willful financial default
HOA
We would be the first management company where we won't make money on maintenance & upkeep of our communities, because we are fully conscious of the fact that tenants find it very difficult to pay high HOA charges
Fully Furnished Homes
All our homes would be fully furnished, to raise the living standard of our residents

All of us hate add-ons, so our rental package would include high speed internet, cable TV along with security services
